C25k ~ Week 6 ~ Day 1 ~ Couldn't run the whole time but I kept the pace for the most part. ~ 2.01 miles ~ Treadmill
Thinking my asthma may be why I haven't been able to run like I should.

C25K ~ Week 6 ~ Day 1 (again) ~ 2.13 miles ~ Treadmill
I redid day 1 again because I felt that trying to do day 2 would be too much for me this week. I used my inhaler before running & it seemed to help. I was able to run the whole time I was scheduled to. I was also able to increase my distance again.
