C25K ~ Week 4 ~ Day 3 ~ 1.8 miles ~ Treadmill

C25K ~ Week 5 ~ Day 1 ~ Elliptical ~ 1.2 miles

Plan to go back to the gym again tonight & try to get more distance in on the treadmill.

Went back to the gym.

C25K ~ Week 5 ~ Day 1 ~ Treadmill ~ 1.91 miles I only walked for a few seconds during my last run.

Bike ~ 5.5 miles ~ 15 minutes

Treadmill ~ Ran for 7 minutes ~ .65 miles.

C25K ~ Week 5 ~ Day 2

Treadmill ~ 1.76 miles ~ Ran 2 x 8min without walking. Woohoo! I didn't think I could do it.

I tried to do C25K ~ Week 5 ~ Day 3. I wasn't able to make it past 5 min. running. I walked 20 minutes ~ 1.54 miles.

I suck especially after missing my workout yesterday. The hub & I have discussed it & we will be joining a gym so that I can take yoga & possibly belly dance classes. Yay! It's only $20 a month with no enrollment fees or contracts. :)
