C25K ~ Week 4 ~ Day 1 ~ elliptical ~ 1.25 miles

I definitely took it easy tonight. I didn't know what to expect. I think I can step it up on Fri.

Worked the weight machines tonight.

6 min. on the crunch machine started at 120lbs & worked up to 160lbs. Pull down machine up to 50lbs for about 5 minutes. Really hate the curl machine. LOL

C25K ~ Week 4 ~ Day 2 ~ Treadmill ~ 1.8 miles

Holy fuck, I'm dying. I didn't run the whole time I was supposed to but I powerwalked w/o losing any speed. I guess that means I should up my speed when I jog, huh. LOL
