New Shoes, New socks, New Blister. :(

Only did 4k today. 2.5miles 49 minutes. Didn't want to make the blister too bad.


Got a new book to help inspire me (I hope). [u] The NonRunner's Marathon Guide For Women [/u] - Dawn Dais









I'll write a review when I've finished it.
