I've made my mind up. I have to work out at least 6 days a week. My workouts suck when I do them 3 days a week. I'm sucking wind because my body doesn't want to maintain my level of fitness.
I've also decided to try to up my work outs to at least an hour at least 4 times a week. Which means I have to get my ass motivated & down to the gym earlier.
I still want to improve my time on my runs but I'm going to have a dual focus, upping my speed & upping my workouts.
