C25K ~ Week 7 ~ Day 1 (first try)
Ok I just couldn't run tonight. But I walked @ 4.1mph for 20 minutes & 3.5mph for 10. Total of 1.85 miles tonight.

I decided just to speed/power walk tonight. 4.1mph ~ 2.25 miles ~ 37 minutes. I've decided t ochange up my work out a bit & start working on getting distance. My 1st goal is to get 2 miles in under 30 minutes. Then I'll up my distance to 2.5 miles.

After having to leave the gym for a while because uber-smelly guy. I went back & got my work out in.
2.05 miles ~ 30.15 minutes ~ Avg. 4.2mph ~ last 2 minutes 4.8mph!
Time to step up my distance. Starting Sun. or Mon. I'll be running/walking 2.5 miles. I'll keep going until I can finish it in 30 minutes or less.
