Long time no blog

I guess I kind of took a hiatus from this because I was disappointed in my results, or lack there of.

Shortly after I last posted I ended up stopping my workouts because of some medical issues. I haven't been able to pick back up the work outs.

I reverting back to what helped me when I first started on my weight loss journey 4 long years ago. It's a book called Think Yourself Thin. It began my weight loss before so I'm trying it again. :)

So my weight as of this evening is 164.4lbs.

My immediate goal is to lose 10lbs (154.4) by Halloween, once I've accomplished that goal I will begin on my next one of losing another 10lbs (144.4) by My Anniversary (Dec. 5th). My third goal is another 10lbs (134.4) by Valentines Day 2009. That will put me at the high end of my goal weight. Ultimately I'd like to end at around 125-130lbs.
