I'm trying to be upbeat about this but it's really starting to drag me down. I'm throughly stuck. I can not get out of the 160's.
I don't know what to do. Right now I'm at the point of trying not to fall back into the habits that kept me thin in High school but were extremely unhealthy.
I've decided that on my birthday (the 9th) I'll be going back to low/no carb if I don't see a movement on the scale. Which of course means until that point I'm going to go carb crazy.
I'm about ready to go to the doc and see if they can help. I doubt that they'll be of any use. Just tell me to do what I've already done & failed at.
