Resistance is Futile.

LOL Actually I'm doing really good resisting the urge to overeat or snack when I'm not hungry just bored.

Now I just have to get my ass working out. If nothing else I need to start doing curls so I can tighten up my arms. The doc said I need to work on my quads to help eliminate/reduce my knee pain. Biking would be good I just have to do it. LOL

Motivation, I need some.
