It's not as bad as I thought. I weighed in this morning & I am down some. But not enough to put me on track to where I want to be. Something needs to change. I'm just not sure what.
I have an appt. to go over my MRI on Wed. Hopefully that will give me an idea of where I'm at & what I can do. If nothing else I'll get some pain meds & I'll be able to workout again.
