I'm not sure what I'm doing right, but something seems to have started working. The next week will be make or break time for me. My major hurdle has been 160. I've gotten as low as 158 but that's where I hit a wall.
So fingers crossed that this time is it. I just want to hit 156 within the next 2 weeks. I know that my goal is 154.4 (6.7lbs) by Halloween (22 days) but seriously as long as I'm on the right track & losing I'm not going to stress too much about when I hit the milestones. Just as long as I hit them.
I went to the Dr. today for a follow up on my MRI. Basically there's nothing that they could see that is causing the pain. But I do have pain. I now have a standing script for pain pills which I plan to use sparingly. Doc says to work on my quadricep strength to help stabilizing my knee and hopefully lessen my pain.
Now I have to get off my duff and get back to exercising. My plan right now is to just do the bike and to work on my arm strength I'm tired of having 'Bingo wings'. LOL
