I've made my mind up. I have to work out at least 6 days a week. My workouts suck when I do them 3 days a week. I'm sucking wind because my body doesn't want to maintain my level of fitness.

I've also decided to try to up my work outs to at least an hour at least 4 times a week. Which means I have to get my ass motivated & down to the gym earlier.



I still want to improve my time on my runs but I'm going to have a dual focus, upping my speed & upping my workouts.
I'm just sucking right now. I have no motivation because I'm not seeing the results I want to see.

I'm still walking/running 3 nights a week but that's all.


I suck.

Disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I fucking hate people with bad hygiene. At least shower every other day people! I didn't get to work out tonight because "Smelly man" was at the gym again. I could smell him as stepped in the door, from 20 fucking feet away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can someone function smelling that bad?

June 9th - June 15th Exercise Log

C25K ~ Week 7 ~ Day 1 (first try)

Ok I just couldn't run tonight. But I walked @ 4.1mph for 20 minutes & 3.5mph for 10. Total of 1.85 miles tonight.

Wed. June 11th

I decided just to speed/power walk tonight. 4.1mph ~ 2.25 miles ~ 37 minutes. I've decided t ochange up my work out a bit & start working on getting distance. My 1st goal is to get 2 miles in under 30 minutes. Then I'll up my distance to 2.5 miles.

After having to leave the gym for a while because uber-smelly guy. I went back & got my work out in.

2.05 miles ~ 30.15 minutes ~ Avg. 4.2mph ~ last 2 minutes 4.8mph!

Time to step up my distance. Starting Sun. or Mon. I'll be running/walking 2.5 miles. I'll keep going until I can finish it in 30 minutes or less.

Had less side stitches this time but also kept my pace down. I wasn't able to work out yesterday because of the smell. Worked out earlier today hoping to get a second workout in this evening.

Did the elliptical instead of the treadmill today. Plan on trying the treadmill tomorrow.

I'm really slacking on exercise this week. I blame hormones. ;-)

C25K ~ Week 6 ~ Day 3 ~ 2,0 miles ~ treadmill ~ 30.5 minutes

I ran for 20 minutes @ 4.3mph Walked for 10 minutes between 3.5 -4.0mph. Proud of myself. No sidestitches today. :)

Been eating crappy & haven't been logging. :( Decided to make a goal of running/walking 115 miles by my 35th birthday.

I'm done!

OK Let's try this again. I'm up 2lbs & I'm not happy about it. I know I was sabotaging myself, but I felt like I couldn't stop myself.

I stopping myself today from sabotaging me! I have the willpower I just have to use it.
