Day 4 of low carbing has resulted in a 4lb loss so far. Of course it could be the added fiber & the lack of sodas as well. ;-)
Unfortunately day 4 has commenced with a screaming headache of a migraine like proportion. Yesterday was serious fatigue.
Today I was able to drag myself out for a walk. 3.55 miles today. Which makes a total 0f over 10.5 for the last 6 days. Half way to my goal of 20m per week by Sept. I think if I get myself out there I will make my goal for Aug. In Sept. I'm hoping to join the gym down the street. Having a safe place to work out is a comforting thought, add to that a controlled climate will be nice too.
