Day 1

Day 1 of the low carb thing.

Actually not too bad. I'm feeling fine right now. Day 3 will show how well I'm tolerating things.


Basically I'm just try to give my weight loss a jump start. I've gained back 10lbs that I lost in Feb. I need that 10 gone plus another 20. I'm hoping this will give my body the kick in the pants it needs to get the weight off of me.


Of course I'm stressed right now which isn't helping things much.

Hopefully everything will settle down soon & things can get back to normal & I can get on with my regularly scheduled life.
