I'm going to be trying something new to lose weight. I'm not quite ready to discuss what I'm doing because it's a bit controversial. We'll see how it works for me.
I have 3 acquaintances doing the program I'll be starting soon. 2 are doing quite well & 1 just started on the program so I'll be following her progress as well.
Depending on how well this works I maybe at my goal of 130-135 by the end of summer.
My first goal is to be at 145 by June 15th. If it works I'll start my second round on July 27 and hopefully by August 20th I'll be at 130 - 135lbs.
We shall see.
