I'm feeling a bit evil this morning.....

I weigh 166.6.

Doing another 8week round of biggest loser on my mb. Hopefully this one will see better results. I need to actually exercise this time.

165.6 this morning. After a crap food weekend. I'm going to give AF leaving the credit. Didn't get any exercise this weekend & won't be getting any today.


Goal for this week is 5 miles of walking & 5 miles of bike riding. We'll see how that goes.

Also want to do the abs video I dled at least 2 times this week.

Better

4.28m bike ride @8.9mph. Sucking wind. Better distance, better pace. Sucking wind still.


Still need to get out & start walking/jogging.

Weekends & I suck

The rest of my weekend was crap. I ate like crap & didn't exercise at all. I kept saying, "after I get X done I'll exercise," yeah that never happened yesterday. But stuffing my face happened at every turn. I wasn't even hungry just bored, and the food was there.

I really need to be aware of my fluid intake. I've noticed on the days I don't drink enough I tend to over eat & make crappy food choices.

So the plan for today is to eat sensibly & if I must snack, snack on the healthy goodies I bought.


My mini goal is to be down below 160 by the end of April. I think that's doable. We'll see.

Added a 1.8m walk this evening. Crappy slow pace.

I'm achy but I'm glad I am. I need to do this.

Wow I suck

at blogging.


Got a 3.6m bike ride in today. Avg. about 7mph. Would have gone longer & faster but the youngest was having trouble keeping up.

Hoping to get a walk in tonight. Need to find my pedometer.

I'm drinking my last soda until at least May. I keep saying I'm going to give them up & don't but I'm hoping to do it this time. Hopefully if I don't have any, by May I'll be ready to give them up completely. We'll see.
