So another year has come & gone. I didn't make the it to all of the goals I wanted, but I'm less than I was at the beginning of 2008, so I'll take what I can get.
A loss is a loss. No gain is always a good thing.
So as per usual my goal for the year is to get healthier. I really want to do a 5k this year. I'm looking into yoga classes. Still want to lose weight. I would love to be in the 130's by this time next year but as long as I'm more active & healthier I'll take it.
I'm ending 2008 @ 155lbs. Down 72lbs since Oct. 2004. I'll take it.
