I've not been blogging but I have been exercising. 21+ miles walked/hiked in the last 7 days. 4.69 miles just today.
I'm dying. And as per usual I'm seeing little or no weight loss. I don't understand my body.
I've decided to cut back/out sodas. I mean it this time. LOL I'm already down to 1 a day, now I just have to make that 1 smaller & drink more water.

I can see clearly now the rain is gone
yay for sunshine. I was able to get in almost 4 miles today. Unfortunately it's incredibly boring walking around the park in circles while my kids play. But at least I'm moving.
Hoping to get some roller skates soon to add to my exercise routine, if nothing else to build up my stamina. My stamina sucks.

So I've attained a weight I haven't seen in close to 10 years. As of this morning I weigh 151.4lbs. This is what 151lbs looks like on me:



I'm not sure what triggered the weight loss again but I'm liking it. Now I just need to get back to exercising. Today after lunch the kids & I will be making our first trek onto the running/hiking/biking trail near our new house.

New shoes
So I got 2 new pairs of running shoes. And I got a camelback. Now I just have to get off my lazy ass & go running. I'm actually thinking about investing in a running poncho since I keep blaming the rain for me not working out right now. :( Le Sigh.
Any excuse not to run. But I need to be up to at least 5 miles soon. My training time is running out and I'm backsliding by not getting out there & working my body.
Besides I would like to have a decent set of abs & be down at least another 5lbs before June. Gotta rock the bikini. :)

Much better than last weeks 158+. Amazing what a weekend road trip can do for my metabolism. LOL I'm not happy that I haven't been able to workout, but right now I'm focusing on getting my house in order & then I'll get back to exercising again.
I have a couple of trails to chose from to run on. I guess I need to decide. And figure out when I'm going to run. I hate leaving the kids alone for a couple of hours but if I wait for B to get home then I have to run at night. Or I have to get up at the ass crack of dawn to run before he leaves for work. I guess I have another week before I have to make a decision.
